Refund & Return Policy

Any Genesis Nutraceuticals products found to be defective will be eligible for refund and return. 

To be eligible for refund and return, please contact us at enquiry@genesisnutraceuticals.com.my within seven (7) days from delivery date. 

Please provide the information as below:

1. Invoice or order number
2. State reason of refund and return
3. Photo evidence of defective stock
4. Contact details

After review of your request, we will contact you for further information if needed and provide refund and return within seven (7) working days.

Any defective stock found to be eligible for refund and return are to be return to Genesis Nutraceuticals Sdn Bhd for further inspection. All shipping costs used to return products are non-refundable.
